Family Programme – No Name School

Booking Information & Attendance Policy

The Family Programme by No Name School supports Bhutanese families in Perth by providing a caring, values-based space where young children can grow with confidence while remaining connected to their cultural and spiritual roots. The programme is shaped by Bhutanese and Buddhist-inspired values, where mindfulness, warmth, respect, and a sense of belonging guide everyday activities.

The Family Programme is not a childcare service, but a community-based family facility. Children are cared for with trust, love, and shared values, similar to being supported by extended family rather than within a formal institutional setting. The programme operates on a nominal fee basis to support Bhutanese community members engaged as facilitators and support workers..

Through collective effort, shared responsibility, and small contributions from families, the programme aims to nurture children who are grounded in their identity, proud of their heritage, and confident in navigating life in Australia. This initiative is offered humbly as a service to the Dharma and the Bhutanese community.

Session Fees (Registered Children)

For registered and formally booked children, the session fee is:

• $55 for Elite Members
• $75 for General Members

Adhoc Booking Policy

The following terms apply strictly to adhoc bookings only.

The adhoc booking option is intended for families who wish to book additional sessions or sessions of their choice without a formal ongoing booking. The adhoc session fee is:

• $85 for Elite Members
• $100 for General Members

Once a booking is confirmed, the selected session day cannot be changed, unless formally approved by the administration. This policy is necessary to ensure smooth programme delivery and to avoid inconvenience to facilitators in their planning and arrangements.

Attendance Outside Booked Sessions

If a registered participant attends a session on a day other than their originally booked session, the attendance will be treated as an adhoc booking. In such cases, the adhoc booking rate will apply in addition to the missed standard booked session fee, unless prior formal approval has been granted by the administration.

This policy ensures fairness, effective scheduling, and appropriate facilitator support across all sessions.
