No Name School

No Name School is a weekend learning program initiated by Dzongsar Zhonui Tewa Incorporated (DZTI) to provide Bhutanese and like-minded families in Perth with a nurturing space where children can grow through stories, values, creativity, and cultural learning.

The school operates every Saturday and Sunday, and welcomes children aged 3 to 12. It is designed to be a living and evolving learning environment—one that integrates Bhutanese identity, Buddhist values, and playful educational approaches suited to young learners in a multicultural setting.

The name “No Name School” reflects our open and growing nature. As we are still in the early phase of building this community-driven initiative, we believe the identity of our school will naturally unfold with time, care, and collective contribution.

We focus on creating an environment where learning happens through interaction, imagination, reflection, and connection. Children are grouped by age and experience thematic sessions facilitated by educators, parents, and volunteers. Our aim is to gradually build a full-fledged center for cultural and spiritual learning that supports children, families, and future generations.

This space is also a platform to experiment with curriculum design, teacher facilitation, and community involvement. In the long run, we envision evolving the school into a meaningful institution guided by the aspirations of Gross National Happiness (GNH) and the values of compassion, identity, and wisdom.
